Grand Welcome of Greater Orlando Surpasses 80 Units Signed | Grand Welcome of Greater Orlando is owned by husband-and-wife team, Jay and Christina Breitlow.

The Breitlows opened their central Florida franchise in December of 2021 and recently signed on their 80th property to their full-service management program.

In a little over a year, Grand Welcome of Greater Orlando has become a powerhouse within the highly-concentrated Orlando vacation rental market.

After successful careers as chiropractors, the two were looking for a new business opportunity. They decided on Grand Welcome because the systems and processes allowed them to “have fun while making a living for their family.” The couple handled all of the operations by themselves in the beginning but due to their success, was able to recently hire a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day.

Aside from providing homeowners with full-service management, Jay and Christina offer interior design help as well. Being so close to the country’s most popular theme parks, your rental property must stand out in order to compete with others on the market. Because of this, they are always finding new ways to add character to their properties, whether it be by adding a Harry Potter-themed bedroom, an Avengers-themed game room, or other unique and fun ideas. These upgrades have led to increased bookings and guest satisfaction.
